Terms of Service

Effective April 9, 2026. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and BookingTrip.io.

Last updated: April 9, 2026 — Effective immediately upon continued use of the platform.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using BookingTrip.io. By accessing or using our platform in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and all other parties who access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BookingTrip.io — including browsing the website, initiating a search, creating an account, or completing a booking — you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users without exception.

2. Description of Service

BookingTrip.io is a technology-powered travel aggregation and comparison platform. We connect users with third-party travel service providers including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and tour operators ("Providers"). We are not a travel agency, airline, hotel, or transportation carrier. We do not own, operate, or directly control any travel services displayed on the platform. All bookings are made directly with or through the relevant Provider.

3. No Agency Relationship

BookingTrip.io acts solely as a facilitator and aggregator. Nothing in these Terms or through our services creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchisee relationship between BookingTrip.io and any Provider. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, or negligence of any Provider or for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your interactions with Providers.

4. Pricing, Availability, and Accuracy

All prices displayed are sourced from real-time API feeds from Providers and may change at any time without notice. Prices are not confirmed or guaranteed until you receive a confirmed booking receipt from the relevant Provider. We make no representation that prices, schedules, or availability information displayed are accurate, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or availability, and to cancel bookings arising from system errors, without liability.

5. Booking and Ticketing Responsibility

All bookings completed through links or widgets on BookingTrip.io are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Provider. It is your sole responsibility to review and comply with all Provider-specific booking conditions, cancellation policies, baggage fees, check-in requirements, and identification requirements before completing any reservation. BookingTrip.io is not a party to any booking contract and assumes no responsibility for booking errors, missed flights, denied boarding, or similar outcomes.

6. Account Registration and Security

If you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to notify us immediately at support@bookingtrip.io of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the platform; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the platform's code or proprietary algorithms; (c) use the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose; (d) transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code; (e) engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with platform availability or performance; (f) create speculative, false, or test bookings; (g) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; (h) collect personal information about other users without explicit consent. Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on BookingTrip.io — including but not limited to text, design elements, layouts, graphics, logos, software code, data compilations, and search algorithms — is the exclusive intellectual property of BookingTrip.io and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without our express prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE BOOKINGTRIP.IO PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOOKINGTRIP.IO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR VACATION ENJOYMENT — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

11. Indemnification

You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BookingTrip.io and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of or access to the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy, intellectual property, or consumer protection rights; (d) your submission of inaccurate information; or (e) any content you post or transmit through the platform.

12. Force Majeure

BookingTrip.io shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic events, government actions or restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, power failures, internet service outages, cyberattacks, or any event outside our reasonable control. In such circumstances, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

13. Third-Party Links and External Services

The platform may contain links, iframes, and embedded search widgets that redirect to third-party platforms, booking portals, and external websites. These external services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours. BookingTrip.io does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, policies, services, or practices of any third-party site. We encourage you to review the terms of any external platform before engaging in a transaction.

14. Modifications to Service

BookingTrip.io reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, aspect, or the entirety of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

15. Dispute Resolution and Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

16. Class Action Waiver

YOU AND BOOKINGTRIP.IO AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION. If a court finds that this class action waiver is unenforceable as to particular claims, those claims shall be severed from arbitration and may proceed in court, while all remaining claims proceed in arbitration.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be construed, governed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to its conflict-of-law provisions. Subject to the mandatory arbitration clause above, you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any matters not subject to arbitration.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BookingTrip.io with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the platform.
